Most people simply don't understand the intense anger and cataclysmic depression you cope with on a daily basis because of what this horrific court system did to you and your family. Only those of us who have experienced the brutality ourselves can truly feel what you feel. We thought the system was supposed to be there to protect us, and most of all, to protect the children.
We learned the hard way that the "justice" system is anything but. Family Court and Child Welfare Court are about two things - destroying families and taking the money. These horrific abominations will never be fixed. Why? Because they are not broken. The court system is working perfectly well for the people who designed and operate it - the judges, lawyers, social workers, custody evaluators, and various others. They run a very lucrative for-profit scam that has positioned itself above the law. You know this, because you survived it.
But when you try to explain this to people - even your close friends - who've been lucky enough to avoid this hell, they just don't get it, do they? This is the kind of thing that only happens in 3rd World countries, they might say, or the the wild imagination of some conspiracy theorist.
But you know the frustration, humiliation and degradation wrought by this court system - the endless hearings, the mountains of paperwork, mind-numbing procedural rules, the lies, the excuses, the double-talk, all pushing you to the boundaries of your own sanity. They hold your kids (or your property), dangle them in front of you, and force you to fight endlessly to try to get them back.
Our purpose at Post Modern Justice Media Project is to give you a voice. You are NOT alone. You are NOT crazy. This injustice really happened to you, just as it happened to millions of others. This it is NOT your fault. This system really is CORRUPT, just like you keep trying to tell people.
At Post Modern Justice, we see you, we hear you, and we feel you. We believe you, because the same thing happened to us. The details are always different, but the basic story is always the same. The system traps you, escalates the conflict in every way possible way, and won't let you out until you and your family are ruined.
