Framed for Incompetence - Lizzie Given Bogus "Law" by Jailhouse Librarian

Writer's picture: Alex BakerAlex Baker

I spoke with Lizzie again this morning, here is the call, broken into 4 parts. There's a written summary below.

October 1, 2022 Jail Phone Call - Elizabeth Harding Weinstein and Alex Baker

PART 1

PART 2

PART 3

PART 4

Lizzie told me that she is still being denied access to the law library. Attempting to gain release on her own recognizance, and to fight the completely bogus finding that she is mentally incompetent, Lizzie was told that she could obtain the legal citations she needs directly from the jailhouse law librarian.

The law librarian gave Lizzie a printout of what appeared to be an Assembly Bill, not yet signed into law. Lizze said so, but the librarian assured her that it was law. And this "law" stated that there were all sorts of procedural requirements regarding her bail that had not been met - a certain hearing, a set of findings, and so on.

Relying on the "law" that the Law Librarian had provided, Lizzie wrote a brief, listing the unmet requirements. The hearing was this past Thursday, September 29, 2022. At the hearing, the Prosecutor informed the Judge that Lizzie had relied, not on the "law", but on an un-passed Assembly Bill, just as Lizzie suspected.

This will doubtless be held up as more "evidence" that Lizzie is "incompetent."

As best as she understands, the "diagnoses" against her is "circumscribed paranoid delusions." "Circumscribed" is a fancy word that means that Lizzie supposedly only has delusions about certain things, not everything. And just what is it that Lizzie is supposedly delusional about?

Lizzie's "delusion" is that she thinks there is something wrong with the "justice" system. This "justice" system first incarcerated her a year ago on no charges, put her in solitary confinement, and had a prison psychiatrist deem her incompetent to handle her own affairs.

This came after Lizzie was attempting to divorce her very powerful attorney ex husband, Brian Weinstein. Lizzie had discovered strong evidence that Brian Weinstein was a pedophile (which we are now supposed to call "Minor Attracted Persons" or "MAPs").

A "guardian" was appointed for Lizzie, taking control of her money and her court cases. Not surprisingly, the guardian destroyed Lizzies cases, including her divorce in which she got screwed out of $18 million.

Lizzie and I also agreed that the most important single thing to curb court corruption would be cameras in the courtroom.

This is atrocious! And it’s one shocking thing after another, as it seems no one is exempt from the court’s corruption. I am watching, waiting, and prayer there is a breakthrough with this case.
