Libertarian author Bill Sardi is hauled in to Family Court in Los Angeles for writing an article back in January, published at lewrockwell.com.
In the former United States, their used to be a First Amendment that prohibited the government from infringing on free speech except in extraordinary cases such as defamation, true threats and the like. Like so many others, it seems Mr. Sardi has been struck by the "silver bullet", i.e. nonsense DV restraining orders used as a weapon in custody or property disputes.
