I couldn't make this up. A 26-year-old California man convicted of molesting a 10-year-old girl will serve out his sentence in a female juvenile facility because he now identifies as a woman.
This child-rapist now calls himself "Hannah Tubbs". Because Tubbs is now recognized in California as a female, "she" will be housed with other female juveniles at the facility where she will be transferred. However, L.A. County Counsel Justin Clark said Tubbs would be housed alone. Sure.
Unsurprisingly, the judge up in Antelope Valley is not named in any story I've seen. Inquiring minds want to know.
