Baker turns self in, admits guilt, vowing to be political prisoner to make point.
Today I filed a report to the Department of Justice, daring them to prosecute me for releasing the shocking, appalling "Gender Assessment" of Jeff Younger's (then) 11-year old son. My publishing this document apparently violates federal criminal statutes under HIPPA.
Here is the report I filed today with DOJ:
On or about 7/25/2024, I published an article entitled "L.A. Judge Mark Juhas About to Authorize Transgender Crimes Against Humanity," with byline "Castration of Jeff Younger's 12-Year-Old Son About to Be Sanctioned in Illegal, Top-Secret 'Star Chamber Proceeding'.
Â
Â
Along with the article I published numerous court documents in the pending Georgulas v. Younger court case, in willful violation of a pending "Star Chamber" Order closing the courtroom and "sealing" the entire case.
Â
In addition to my knowing and willful violation of the Star Chamber Order, I published a "Gender Assessment" record of a then 11 (now 12) year old boy who is alleged to have "gender dysphoria." in the document, the boy has been conditioned to say "I don't really care about my penis" and "I know I'm getting (a castration and a penis amputation) in the future, so I don't really care."
Â
It is my understanding that HIPPA provides for criminal penalties for releasing health care records. I knowingly and willfully violated that law. My position is that, under the First Amendment, the public's right to know what is happening in the entire "transgender" experiment outweighs HIPPA's concern for "privacy." "Gender Affirming Care" is a crime against humanity, and the greatest example of Involuntary Human Medical Experimentation since the sterilization experiments of which the Nazi Doctors were accused, tried and convicted after WWII.
Â
Under no circumstances will I delete the documents, or take any other "corrective" measures. Go ahead and prosecute me, if that's what you think is right. You have my admission and all the evidence you need. I am willing to become a political prisoner to make my point.
